Instrumental X-CHANGE

Do YOU have anything like these kicking around your place gathering dust?

I'm beginning an 'Instrumental X-CHANGE' to help aid the POOR CHILDREN of the WORLD. What I propose is very simple...as the governments keep making cuts to our children's education, especially to the 'ARTS', it's not the rich kids who suffer, but ONLY the poor who are unable to afford this "NOW LUXURY". My plan to combat this unbalanced educating is to find the silent, unused instruments of you folks, that are gathering dust, and put them into the hands of children who will learn to make them sing again. Maybe even inspiring you to continue your journey into music and find the instrument that won't gather dust.
Thus eliminating two crimes:
1. Unbalanced educating.
2. instruments gathering dust.











The thing is...you don't NEED me to make this happen...just dust off your 'Tool of Creation' and donate it to a poor child or school...that's pretty easy eh? You WILL have to make the effort though.

The POVERTY Business

Understanding the approach to the 'Business of Poverty'.

This has been a very lucrative business for rulers/governments for many thousands of years, back to the beginning of the BIBLE in fact. The objective is to maintain a slave race while pretending to expand freedoms. This shall be cleverly done with the implementation of 'BY-LAWS', which actually violate moral and spiritual foundations.

A 'BY-LAWS' TRUE PURPOSE:

It would be impossible to implement the type of framework needed to maintain and disguise slavery without them. With the implementation of By-Laws, governments now have the ability to 'legally torture & enslave people' without notice. The highest purpose being of course, to eliminate anyone walking as Christ taught.
i.e.
sleep deprivation (no sleeping by-law).
constant harassment (no stopping/sitting by-law)
restricted use of music/art for self support (no busking by-law)
JUST TO NAME A FEW.

FAKE AID:

It will also be necessary to implement FAKE AID shelters that shall be poorly maintained and underdone on all fronts. Stocked with ineffective equipment intended to frustrate those who may try to rise above their position instead of 'FACTually' helping them. Upon ANY complaints of ANY kind, this will allow the person complaining to be made out to seem ungrateful...or problematic, and shall be quickly turned over to the DEATH SQUADS/Police, where they shall be imprisoned or made to disappear....further advantages of these FAKE AID shelters is the ability to malnourish desired peoples to continue their downward spiral physically and mentally, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the other tortures such as sleep deprivation, non-stop movement, etc.
It shall be of utmost importance to ONLY allow the corrupted/compromising to RUN and STAFF such facilities as ANY real help is actually to be prevented if possible...delayed if not.

MEDICINAL SUBSTITUTION:

It will also be necessary to remove actual healing medicines provided by GOD naturally(i.e. cannabis) and substitute fake medicines that do not actually HEAL, but are heavily addictive and have even worse side-effects. (i.e. Meth programs).

DESIRED EFFECT:
These implimentations shall bring about the desired slavery/work force necassary to ensure that the ones who created and put the governments in place shall keep it there. If the people start to become WISE, then they shall be distracted by conflict between larger nations, wars of different races to divide them again lest they realize what is FACTually happening and stand together under GOD the world over.

We know that God spoke to Moses, but as for this fellow, we don't even know where he comes from...

Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going. You judge by human standards; I pass judgment on no one. But if I do judge, my decisions are right, because I am not alone. I stand with the Father, who sent me. In your own Law it is written that a testimony of two men is valid. I am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the Father, who sent me.

You are from below; I AM, from above. You are from this world; I AM, not of this world. I told you that you would die in your sins if you do not believe that I AM, the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins. I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is reliable, and what I have heard from Him I tell the world. When you have lifted up the 'Son of Man', then you will know that I AM, the one I claim to be, and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me. The one who sent me is with me; He has not left me alone, for I do what pleases Him. If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH will set you free. I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. I AM, telling you what I have seen in the Father's presence, and you do what you have heard from your father. If you were Abraham's children, then you would do the things Abraham did. As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the TRUTH that I heard from GOD. Abraham did not do such things. You are doing the things your own father does.
If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but He sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say? You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the TRUTH, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me? He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not listen, is that you do not belong to GOD.
I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so has He granted the Son to have life in himself. Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgement to the Son. And he has given him authority to judge because he is the 'Son of Man'. He who does not honor the Son, does not honour the Father who sent him.
Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the 'Son of Man' will give you. On him God the Father has placed His seal of approval. And this is the will of Him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up on the last day. For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

Ancient's remarks were triggered by an article that appeared in "The Whig", stating some garbage about science achieving some victory over myth made by Gwynne Dyer, regarding the 'Kennewick Man'.
"I am facinated how scientists feel they may, at a whim, violate and deny ancient rights and traditions. Is this, the same science that said the world was flat not so long ago? Or is it that science, that said we couldn't fly, or the science saying nothing was smaller than an atom, or that something can't be both wave and particle. Perhaps I'm thinking too small.
Perhaps this is the science that raped and murdered the peoples of this land in the first place, or the science that justified those actions stating, very scientifically of course, that we never stole or murdered anyone...they were WASTING the land, and not USING it properly. Of course we HAD to have it, it was our right scientifically.
Or perhaps it is merely that these 'scientists' haven't the courage to become 'real scientists' and find out the ancient way. You may have as many facts as you want ladies and gentlemen, but you still won't get the answers. Here's my sandels...off you go. Because you are very WRONG Mr. Dyer.

About the Poor

Some of the quotes pulled from the BIBLE concerning the Poor and their treatment...followed by some articles from the 'Geneva Convention'...as we don't seem to understand how to behave.

Psalm 14:6 You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor,
but the Lord is their refuge.
Proverbs 14:31 He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,
but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.
Luke 6:20 Blessed are you who are poor,
for yours is the kingdom of God.

Matthew 19:24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.


Declaration of war:
A declaration of war is not required in order for the Geneva Conventions to apply.

Death Squads:/(POLICE)
Murder of civilians is prohibited, as is sentencing and executions without benefit of a regularly constituted court affording all guarantees recognized as indispensable by civilized peoples. (Convention I, Art. 3, Sec. 1)

Disappearances:

The Geneva Conventions do not specifically address the issue of disappearances, but such actions do violate a number of provisions. Foremost are the protections due to the civilian population, including the right to be free of murder, torture, and the right to a fair trial.

War crimes:
are againt the customary laws of war which are applicable in any conflict, regardless of whether the country in question is a signatory to the Geneva Convention. They include the rights listed in the common article 3 of the Geneva Conventions (Convention I, Article 3) and the basics of human rights law – freedom from torture, mutilation and rape, slavery, and willful killing. Customary law also forbids genocide, crimes against humanity, as well as war crimes.

Prisoners of war must be humanely treated at all times. Any unlawful act which causes death or seriously endangers the health of a prisoner of war is a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions. In particular, prisoners must not be subject to physical mutilation>, biological experiments, violence, intimidation, insults, and public curiosity. (Convention III, Art. 13)

Prisoners of war are entitled to the same treatment given to a country’s own forces, including total surface and cubic space of dormitories, fire protection, adequate heating and lighting, and separate dormitories for women. (Convention III, Art. 25)

Prisoners of war must have adequate sanitary facilities, with separate facilities for women prisoners. (Convention III, Art. 29)

Prisoners of war must receive due process and fair trials. (Convention III, Art. 82 through Art. 88)

Collective punishment for individual acts, corporal punishment, imprisonment without daylight, and all forms of torture and cruelty are forbidden. (Convention III, Art. 87)

Genocide is forbidden by the 1948 Genocide Convention, which covers acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group as such, as well as direct any public incitement to commit genocide.

The Geneva Convention, as well, prohibits murder and adverse distinction based on race, color, religion or faith, birth or wealth, or similar criteria. (Convention I, Art. 3)

Parties to a conflict must respect children, provide them with any care or aid they require, and protect them from any form of indecent assault (Protocol I, Art. 77, Sec. 1).

They must be treated humanely, without discrimination based on race, color, religion or faith, sex, birth or wealth, or other similar criteria.
Violence to life and person including murder, mutilation, cruel treatment and torture are prohibited.

The taking of hostages is prohibited.
Outrages upon personal dignity, including humiliating and degrading treatment are prohibited.
Sentences and executions without a judgment from a regularly constituted court and without benefit of the standard judicial guarantees are prohibited. (Convention IV, Art. 3)

Prisoners of war may not be tortured mentally or physically, and no other form of coercion may be used during interrogation. Prisoners of war who refuse to answer must not be punished in any way. (Convention III, Art. 17)

Prisoners of war may not be tortured or coerced into admitting guilt during a judicial proceeding. (Convention III, Art. 99)

Civilians must not be tortured or coerced, particularly to obtain information from them or third parties. (Convention IV, art. 31)

The government's treatement of the poor within THIS country ALONE, violates the Geneva Convention, on MANY levels, regardless of officially declaring war on the poor or not. It is their ACTIONS that speak for them...while their words are left meaningless...and empty.

SO SHALL THEY BE JUDGED !!!
